Shipping & Delivery Cost
Standard Shipping and Handling prices listed below are for all orders shipped to any one of the 48 contiguous United States.

Orders that are requested to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, a U.S. Military APO/FPO address, or to any country other than the United States, will incur an additional shipping charge based on the product size and weight. Please contact us via email  for any of these locations shipping charges -- prior to ordering.

Most Shipping and Handling is done on an exact cost bases and is done via USPS Ground, unless otherwise requested..
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on select noted Items for the 48 contiguous United States. These items will incur normal international shipping charges for international orders. In the event that one of the item is returned, a refund will be given, Minus initial shipping fees we incurred, these fees are the ones that are listed right inside each item description.
Returns & Replacements
Damaged Items and Lost Packages

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send a call tag to pick up the item from you. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.

Due to abuse, you must contact us within 30 days of order placement, if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time. Personalized items can not be returned.
Shipping Time
Due to the large variety of in-stock, and custom ordered merchandise our shipping times may vary between shipping the same business day for in-stock items and 4 - 6 weeks for custom ordered pieces. However, with most orders we will ship items as them come in, this is in reference to larger orders.

The Black Tie Affair always attempts to estimate the longest possible time it would take to ship your items, therefore nearly all of the items we ship will be shipped sooner than their availability is listed.

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery time once your item has shipped.
Shipping and Handling Cost
Shipping and Handling Costs for all items other than Travel Bags, Beds and Furniture are determined according to the total weight of your order, and Listed directly in each item to help with confusion. The following chart displays the amount that will be added for all orders placed within the 48 contiguous states. Item:

Overnight Shipping
Overnight shipping is only available for non-custom items which are currently in-stock. In order to determine that an item is available for overnight shipping, please call us to verify that the order can be filled in time.
International Shipping and Handling Cost
Most International orders will require an additional shipping charge. If your order requires an additional charge we will contact you to obtain your approval for the added amount. Standard international Shipping and Handling Costs for all items other than Travel Luggage, Beds and furniture are determined according to the total cost of your order. The following chart displays the amount that will be added for most international orders.

Typically: Canada, Guam or Hawaii Add $3 to each above shipping fee.

International Shipping Please add $5 to the Above Shipping fees.

**Please note: Additional charges may be assessed to international orders by your government, or shipping carriers for Taxes, Tariffs, Duties, or Brokerage fees. We are not able to predict what these charges will be and responsibility for them will be left up to the customer.**

International shipping will usually require additional shipping time.

Depending on the items that you order, shipping times can vary greatly. Many of our products are normally sent to our customers directly by the manufacturer. For all foreign orders we have these items shipped directly to us before we ship them all back out to you to save you on shipping costs. Because of this, all your items will ship when we receive the last item in your order and we are able to ship them all together.

Totes, Luggage, Furniture and Other Items Costs
Shipping and Handling Costs for all Totes, Luggage, Personalized items may incur additional shipping charges. After placing your order for these items, we will contact you to let you know if there will be any additional shipping fees, and if so what they will be. The Typical Charge for These are listed above.
Stock Availability
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date. Back ordered items are shipped as soon as available.
